Celebrating Nicole

Over the past 2 years Nicole has spent time with TEAM CP training towards her goal of a half IRONMAN. And hit her goal she did!

Nicole competed at SUFFEREST in December, crossing the finish line as the first female and then backing that up with her big goal of Half IRONMAN, which she completed this year at IRONMAORI – 2nd in her age group and 6th overall. So good. Congratulations on your achievements Nicole.

Nicole says over the last 2 years with Team CP, coached by James and Fiona, she has learnt so much about herself and triathlons, which has been invaluable. James & Fiona helped her achieve her goals while recovering from RED-S, which Nicole says she would not have been able to overcome without them.
