TEAMCPNZ Quick Connect EP 4 – 'Stay informed and stay connected'

CP Athlete Nat Gallant is an Adventurer/Physiotherapist based in Blenheim who has a love of running and all things backcountry. She recently completed the longest day Coast to Coast which she nailed but in the grand scheme of her summer it was just another mission on her jam packed calender adventures.

So while the rest of us have been in recovery mode over the last 5 weekend, Nat has…

– Climbed Manakau a 2880m peak in the Kaikoura ranges, – Jogged around Wharariki which is just south of Farewell Spit in Golden Bay

– Had a crack at climbing Mt Aspiring Wanaka

– Danced lots at Electric Avenue in Hagley Park

– Jogged up and down the Pinnacle a 1400 metre peak Richmond Ranges…

We look forward to talking to Nat about her summer of adventures, her physio practice and future adventures she has on the cards.

She has been working with Team CP over the past 18th months and in that time has built through local triathlon events, Ironmaori Half in November to completing IMNZ last weekend. Like most of us Mel’s build up has not been without its challenges and we look forward to sharing Mel’s story.
