We welcome Hollie Woodhouse to the live broadcast on Wednesday.  Hollie is an adventurer and has many amazing stories to share… She has run 260km through the Sahara Desert in Morocco, 240km through the Amazon Jungle in Peru and her latest mission nordic skiing across the Greenland ice cap. This involved walking 560km, nine hours a day for 29 days while pulling a 60kg sledge.

This week we kick off with Kristina Anglem a legend of the sport and previous winner of the Womens Longest Day.  Arguably the best female athlete to ever race the event finishing 6th overall in 2005.

We chat to Bevan Jones who won the 2 Day Individual this year.  We find out more about his background, how his race unfolded and if he will be back for 2021.

We also check in with Matt Bateman and see how he is progressing towards his first crack at the 2 day Tandem Team Event. Matt completed the Mtn Run in 2020 as part of a 3 person team. He loved it so much he signed up the next day with his flatmate and first timer Thomasina.

Nathan is an adventurer, event organiser, business owner, family man and epic individual. He has been a semi professional and full time professional athlete for 18 years. During that time he has represented New Zealand at 4 different sports, attending 15 World Championships. He has captained the New Zealand Adventure Racing team to 6 World Championship victories.
