July is quickly approaching, and we have some exciting news to share with you. With the Tour de France just around the corner, we are thrilled to announce our CP Challenge for next month. Whether you’re an avid cyclist or just starting, this challenge is perfect for you. Join us as we ride alongside the Tour, and see what percentage you can complete. Check out the details below.
In addition to our challenge, we have some fantastic coaching opportunities available. Our coaching team has a couple of slots open for new clients, so take advantage of this chance to get set for spring.

Finally, we had a fantastic weekend with the CP Squad exploring the Binser Saddle and enjoying some snow time. Thanks to Coach Tim for joining us from Auckland. It was another fantastic day in the mountains with the CP Squad and some delicious baked treats. (check out some images from the dat below)
The route for the 110th edition of the Tour de France is confirmed, featuring highlights such as the Grand Départ in Spain, the cobbles in northern France and the gruelling Alpe d’Huez climb.
Covering a total of 3,404km, the 2023 Tour contains eight mountain stages, 8 flat & 4 hilly, with 4 altitude finishes.
And this brings us to the 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗖𝗣 𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗬 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗘.
Track your JULY Stats against the 176 riders and the TDF Route.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮1 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿? (You have all 31 days of July to get it done and reach your goals!)
So. for example – if going for the 20% challenge – you would ride 38km for TDF Stage 3 or 933km for the 21 days of the Tour.
What will your goal be? 10% of the distance each stage, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% or full gas at 100%.
Up the ante and add some vert goals too!

As we move into the winter months, we find ourselves experiencing shorter days and longer nights, but that doesn’t mean our motivation should wane. In fact, we have some exciting monthly challenges lined up to keep you engaged and pushing towards your goals.
In July, we’ll be taking on the Tour de France challenge, and we highly recommend watching the Netflix documentary to get you pumped up and ready to ride.

We recently had our first adventure with the CP Squad! We headed to Lewis Pass for a day of learning how to use our wet weather gear and sharing some delicious baked treats. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with fellow members and learn new skills while enjoying the beautiful outdoors. We can’t wait for our next adventure.
