Amanda Robinson

Hi, I’m Amanda, and we’re here to help you chase your dreams, push past your limits, and unlock the incredible potential you didn’t know you had.

While I’m new to endurance coaching, my journey as a Group Fitness Instructor spans over 12 years, and I’ve been immersed in the world of endurance sports since 2017. My passion for endurance sports began with a simple challenge: someone told me I couldn’t. So, I signed up for my first ever race—Challenge Wanaka 70.3. My first triathlon, my first open-water swim, and my first bike ride over 50km were all rolled into that one race. Crossing that finish line lit a fire inside me. I fell in love with the feeling of pushing myself beyond what I believed I was capable of. I discovered the pure joy of setting big, scary goals and accomplishing something I once thought was impossible.

From Triathlons to Trails

That race was just the beginning. Since then, I’ve competed in countless events, including triathlons (even Ironman distance), duathlons, aquathons, aquabikes, open-water swims, and more. I’ve proudly represented New Zealand at two age-group World Championships in triathlon (standard and Ironman 70.3). Endurance sports have taken me beyond swim-bike-run into multisport adventures like the Coast to Coast, Breca Swim-Run, trail running, kayaking, and adventure races like Spring and Summer Challenge.

Hard Work Beats Talent

I’m not a natural athlete. I didn’t grow up running or cycling. I entered endurance sports in my late 20s with nothing but determination. Every bit of progress & fitness came through hard work, consistency, and perseverance. I understand what it’s like to feel unsure where to start —and we’re here to show you that all you need is the courage to take the first step and the willingness to work toward your goals.

Balancing Life, Family, and Dreams

As a mother of two young boys, I know what it’s like to juggle family, work, and training. It’s a constant balancing act that has taught me to prioritize quality over quantity. Every workout must count, and every moment matters. That’s why I believe in the power of a structured plan—one that’s efficient, flexible, and tailored to your unique lifestyle and goals.
