Hamish Richardson completed the final edition of Mt Oxford Odyssey on the weekend, getting up and over Mt Oxford and completing the 33km event.
Hamish’s focus has been to go back to basics and to enjoy his running without the pressure to perform after running and events started to lose its fun.
Today we talk to Hamish about how the weekend went, how his training is going and what he is lining up for next.
