Lucy Hone – With the current covid restrictions many events have been forced to cancel. This is tough for both event organisers as well as participants and unfortunately the 2 day Kathmandu Coast to Coast is one of those affected. Lucy Hone is a psychologist specialising in resilience who has been preparing for the event herself. We catch up with her to discuss how she has navigated this cancellation and the tips that she has for others. (Lucy was also featured in season 3 episode 4).
Lucy & Trevor Hone – Lucy and her husband Trevor completed their version of the coast to coast last weekend and in doing so must have been one of the first to complete the full course in its entirety in 2022. We catch up with them to hear how it went and what it meant for them to reach their finish line last weekend.
Sophie Beaumont & Nicole Lloyd – we have been catching up with Sophie and Nicole over the past 6 months as they have progressed from just getting started to being ready to complete the Kathmandu Coast to Coast.
