On the show we have a double header as we talk to both Hugh Hendrickson and Sophie Radcliffe.
Hugh completed an epic double over the last month by completing his first Coast to Coast Longest Day and followed this up with his first Ironman Triathlon 3 weeks later.
We also share Sophie’s story who completed her first IMNZ in the weekend and in doing so managed to qualify for the world champs in Kona later in the year.
